Begehren

A young girl experiences great difficulties in trying to get hold of an object that is out of her reach.

Begehren (German for desire) is an experimental short film written and directed by Austrian filmmaker Niklas Strahammer, and featuring intense abstract sound design by Michael J. Keplinger. The film’s star, Florentina Leitner, would later again work with Strahammer and Keplinger on the abstract narrative short film Allerseelen, with Strahammer serving as director of photography and Keplinger directing.
